Resumen:

Actualmente en la Quiropraxia existe una serie de técnicas manuales llamadas manipulaciones vertebrales. Estas consisten en las maniobras que realiza un especialista para provocar movimientos en la columna vertebral del paciente. Esos movimientos son habitualmente rápidos, de corto recorrido y afectan sólo o sobre todo a una vértebra. La técnica permite alinear la columna vertebral y aliviar al paciente de los dolores en esta zona. La manipulación vertebral permite trabajar en las cuatro zonas de la columna vertebral (cervical, dorsal, lumbar y sacra). Se empleará una metodología para aliviar la presión indebida en la zona y prevenir posibles futuras constricciones. En este tema de investigación tomaremos como incidencia la lumbalgia, que es el dolor localizado en la parte baja o zona lumbar de la espalda. El estudio poblacional se realizará con trabajadores de carga del Mercado Mayorista de Ambato que están sometidos a cargas pesadas de mercancía y presentan fuertes dolores de espalda. Entre los objetivos que nos planteamos tenemos: Aplicar la técnica de manipulación vertebral de forma eficaz en pacientes con lumbalgia. Introducir la técnica como terapia frecuente en pacientes con lumbalgia en la región de Ambato, específicamente en el Mercado Mayorista. Obtener el diagnóstico adecuado del paciente para evitar futuras constricciones. ¿De qué forma la manipulación vertebral es una terapia de recuperación eficaz para los trabajadores de carga pesada del Mercado Mayorista de Ambato que presentan dolencias en la parte baja de la espalda (lumbalgia)?. Nos centraremos en lograr el ajuste de la posición de articulaciones mediante la presión manual y el cambio en la estructura del esqueleto en el paciente....PARA DESBLOQUEAR Y LEER TODA LA OBRA SUSCRIBIRSE

Currently in chiropractic there are a number of manual techniques called vertebral manipulations. These consist of the maneuvers performed by a specialist to cause movements in the patient's spine. These movements are usually fast, short-haul and affect only or especially a vertebra. The technique allows aligning the spine and relieving the patient of pain in this area. The vertebral manipulation allows working in the four zones of the spine (cervical, dorsal, lumbar and sacral). A methodology will be used to relieve undue pressure in the area and prevent possible future constrictions. In this research topic we will take lumbago, which is pain located in the lower back or lower back. Introduce the technique as a frequent therapy in patients with low back pain in the Ambato region, specifically in the Wholesale Market. Obtain the proper diagnosis of the patient to avoid future constrictions. How is vertebral manipulation an effective recovery therapy for heavy duty workers in the Wholesale Market of Ambato who have lower back ailments (low back pain)?
