Fundamento: el dolor lumbar es un problema mundial y sus consecuencias han alcanzado proporciones sobresalientes. En Estados Unidos es la primera causa de discapacidad física y de consulta médica. Objetivos: determinar la efectividad de la terapia neural en el tratamiento de la neuralgia inespecífica. Background: lumbar pain is a worldwide problem, and their consequences have reached outstanding proportions. In USA it is the first cause of physical disability and of medical consultation. Objectives: to determine the effectiveness of neural therapy in the treatment of unspecific neuralgia.
